Today is the 14th day since Richard Abanes sent his email to iPower alleging that Ken Silva libeled him. Not once in those 14 days has Richard Abanes backed up a single allegation of libel nor has he given any specific details to Ken Silva.
Making false and baseless accusations are very serious form of defamation. Remember the Duke University Lacrosse team?
